information about your production flexibility contract on the PFC pricing
request form. Since we can buy all or part of your contract payments, you need
to specify the amount of capital you need now. We will prepare our offer based
on your figures.
- Upon acceptance of our offer, we will prepare contract documents for your
signature.
- Upon receipt of the signed contract documents from you, we will request any
additional information needed and submit the necessary document to The Farm
Service Agency for their acknowledgement.
- Once The Farm Service Agency acknowledgement has been received and other
conditions of closing have been met, the agreed upon funds are wired to your
account.
