egg in the weakest position, and yolks stea
diest. Demand for immediate needs was
light. Supplies were generally adequate
except yolks were occasionally light Liq
uid and frozen eggs (ingredients included)
processed under federal inspection in the
Eastern region for the week ending August
2, 1997 were 4% more than last week, and
3% more than the same week last year.
