By 1977, they were shipping milk, Tliey are members of Liberty Valley Milk Cooperative. Why the switch to Jerseys? The Clevelands offer several reasons, the biggest of which is that the stalls are small in their bam and accommodate the smaller cows much better than the larger Holsteins. Another reason is much more personal. “I really love the Jerseys. They’re my girls,” said Barbara.
