Kempton Country Fair
The 43rd annual Kempton
Country Fair is scheduled to open
Friday, June 20 and continue
through the weekend until Sunday
evening, June 22.
The fair, which is held at the
Kempton Community Center,
focuses in on live country music
performed on the open air, cov
ered stage. Narvel Felts leads the
Friday performances with Com-
ry Month
and New Zealand

Saturday. Bubbles the Clown
will entertain the kids, and for the

Sunday, The Hawks and The
Outlaws will perform in separate
shows.
The Miss Kempton Fair Scho
larship Pageant, tractor pulls.
Mountain Madness Off-Road
Racing, children’s events, quilt
show and sale, amusement rides,
plus more than 100 exhibitors are
included in the event
The fair is manned by volun
teers with all proceeds returned to
the Kempton Community Center.
Admission is $4 per person Friday
and Saturday evening, 'A price for
kids 12 and under, and children
under six are free. Sunday admis
sion is $4 per carload. Parking is
free and controlled.
