    Deere To Acquire Farm
Machinery
MOLINE, 111. Deere &
Company has announced that it
has reached agreement to acquire
the assets of Maschinefabrik
Kemper GmbH, a German farm
machinery company.
The agreement is subject to
approval by German antitrust
authorities. Terms of the transac
tion were not disclosed. The
acquisition will extend John

the introduction of 30 additional
com, soybean, sorghum, alfalfa
and sunflower seed products to its

With the addition of these 30

number of new releases this year
