Vz cup milk 1 egg 3 tablespoons oil 1 cup dairy sour cream 1 cup flour 2 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder % teaspoon baking soda V* teaspoon salt Place milk, egg, oil, and sour cream in a blender. Blend to mix. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend at low speed just until ingredients are combined. Bake in preheated waffle baker. Salsa Sauce 18-20 medium to large ripe tomatoes, peeled, chunked 4 onions, chopped fine 4 peppers, chopped fine 1 medium carrot, finely chopped % stem celery, finely chopped 1 % -2 cups vinegar % -1 cup sugar 2 teaspoons salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon black pepper 1-1 Vi teaspoon sweet basil Combine ingredients and boil together for 15-20 minutes. Cool and freeze until ready to use. Or, fill jars with uncooked ingredients and can by boiling in water bath for three hours. My husband must think that spring is on the way as he has started cabbage and broccoli in a new plant table that he made for himself. It is a large table with long legs and fluorescent lamps overhead. For a bit I had hoped that he was making the table for me to transplant flowers.
