tone was cautioualy steady to weak.
Demand for Immediate delivery remained
light and centered on small volumes. Floor
stocks were adequate. Liquid and frozen
eggs (ingredients included) processed
under federal inspection in the Out for the
week ending December 28, 1996 were
down 26%, and unchanged from the same
week last year.

Trade sentiment was steady to weak. In the
parts complex, boneless skinless breasts
