Growing use of the Internet has prompted a national youth agri cultural safety program 10 create a news column dedicated to helping students and their teachers locate safety material electronically. The Partners for a Safer Com munity™ program’s quarterly newsletter recently began includ ing the “Online” department to as sist readers find their way through the Internet maze. The column provides information on World Wide Web sites, offers helpful hints and discusses current elec tronic developments. Two years ago, a National FFA Organization survey of its advi sers indicated that nearly one quarter of the agriculture instruc tors had access to the Internet.
