Trading activity for frozen whole turk
eys wai quiet. Trade aentiment was
cautiously steady for hens, barely steady to
weak for toms. Demand was seasonally
light Offerings were generally adequate
for hens, hilly adequate for toms. Bulk
pans movement was also fairly light with
1.5 loads of full-cut tom wings moving at
46-46.5 cents and 2 loads of tom necks at
41 cents. Bulk meat activity centered on 3
loads of fresh tom breast meat without len
ders moving at open prices. Trade senti
ment for thigh meat was fully steady.
Breast meat and most parts were generally
steady.

Movement of ready-to-cook whole birdi
was seasonally light Seller offerings were
generally adequate to fully adequate. Live
supplies were mostly moderate; with
weights ranging desirable to light Process
ing schedules were moderately heavy. Less
than tiucklot asking prices were unchanged
at 59 to 73 cents. Trade sentiment was
mostly steady. In the pans complex, sup
plies of bone-in breasts were at least
adequate for current needs. Wings were
adequate to hilly adequate, Leg quarters
were readily available and generally slow
to clear.
