Movement and demand of ready-to
cook whole birdi remained leaional.
Offerings of whole product was clearing
but still adequate for full trade needs. Live
supplies and processing schedules were
normal. Weights were in a full range but
usually desirable to light Less than truck
lot asking prices were unchanged at 61 to
75 cents. In the parts structure, best interest
was noted where planned features were
scheduled on breast items, inquiry was
fairly good on wings and giblets, balance
of parts were at best fair.

Prices were unchanged. The market tone
remained steady to firm. Demand was
moderate to very good for the upcoming
Thanksgiving holiday. Supplies were short
to adequate with the large sizes still in the
tightest position. Breaking stock supplies
were short to adequate for the mixed holi
day week demand, and the undertone was
steady to instances firm; prices were
unchanged to higher. Light type hen offer
ings were short
