Actual Production Robinson helped develop the Ag Horizons program and saved on the advisory board for five years, and he is an advisor to the Pennsyl vania Nutrient Management Board. A captain in the U.S. Army Medical Service for three years, he served one year in Vietnam. He and his wife Evelyn have eight children, and they are active in church and community events. In making the presentation, Roger Rohrcr, chairman of the Chamber Ag Committee said the award was made for Robinson’s “effort in expanding ag production profitability and ag education in Lancaster County.” James Shirk, Chamber ag ser vices manager, reviewed the past year. Because of the new real estate tax base reassessment, the state clean and green program got a lot of attention. In addition, work is developing for an ag exhibit with the Hands-On House that will reach 280,000 children over the next seven years. The exhibit is expected to be completed by next spring.
