The pur pose of the young cooperative program is to educate young mem bers and develop leadership skills. Fran Howard, editor-in-chief of “Dairy Profit Weekly,” received ADC’s Agricultural Communica tor Award on Friday. Howard is co-owner and president of DPW Publishing Inc., and reports on dairy industry issues, from milk marketing and pricing to legislation.
