was steady. Demand was irregular, and
generally moderate. Supplies of the large
sizes were adequate, and mediums were
tight to adequate. The inventory in New
York state was 14% more than last week,
and the inventory in New Jersey was
unchanged from last Monday.

Trade sentiment was steady to barely
steady. In the parts complex, supplies of
wings varied from closely cleared to
adequate. Leg quarter* were adequate, and
were in fairly good balance. Breast items
were less freely available, but were at least
adequate for immediate needs.
