National Egg Market OCTOBER 2, 1996 Pncei were unchanged to lower on the Urge sizes in the Northeast and Midwest, and the balance of prices were unchanged. The market tone was barely steady to weak for the large sizes, and generally steady for mediums and smalls. Demand was mostly 2 fair. Mediums were featured in the Washington D.C. area for 66 cents with no restnetions. Supplies were adequate to ample for the Urge sizes, and tight to adequate for mediums and smalls. Break ing stock supplies were generally adequate under a steady market tone.
