Nicole’s Dorset Wins
Champion Market Lamb
KUTZTOWN (Berks Co.) A 110-pound light heavy
weight Dorset lamb shown by Nicole Knepp, Mohnton,
shown here, won grand champion market lamb last week at
the Reading Fair at the Kutztown Fairgrounds.
The “no-name M wether helped Nicole garner her first
market championship at the Reading Fair.
Nicole, 17, daughter of Dawn and Theodore Knepp,
Mohnton, is a senior at Governor Mifflin High School. She
said she purchased the lamb from Paul Wlsslnger.
Reserve champion went to Jill Nelman for her middle
heavyweight Dorset-SuffOlk cross.
