Beef Club Holds
Steer Show
CHAMBERSBURG (Franklin
Co.) On Aug. 24, the Franklin
County 4-H Beef Club held its
annual 4-H Junior Steer Show at
the Franklin County Fair.
John Housner from Dover, was
the judge. He gave credit and
praise to the youth for the good
job they did in fitting and showing
is well as some pointers on how
they could improve on it.
Jordon Conner of Chambers
burg was the champion filter and
Matt Hawbaker of Mercetsburg
was the champion shower.
The grand champion steer was
shown by Justin Conner and the
reserve champion steer was shown
by Jordon Conner.
