son. In April we sold her at the
Kueffner 24 Carol Gold Sale.”
Sparklers Unique Jeanna sold for
$17,000 at that sale. She was the
top dollar cqw there. Michael
Heath retained half ownership of
the cow, and Douglas King bought
out the other half. When asked
about future plans, Heath said,
“We plan to breed her back... to
a Duncan Chief or Imperial.

“1 had heard about the quality of
the cows represented here each
year,” said Judge Robert Morrell.
“This is my first year to attend and
I have to agree with what I have
heard. Every cow we looked at
was a fine representation of its
breed,” Judge Morrell said of die
champion class. “It was a fine
group. I wouldn’t be ashamed to
have any one of them in my bam.”
