They milk 210 Holstelns and have 90 helfers and calves. Herd aver age is 19,000 lbs. of milk. Another off-farm business gives the brothers a perspective that requires that they look at efficien cy as the major need In the farming operation. They do forage analysis every two weeks and change the feeding rations accordingly. Brian also listed having good employees as a major need in the dairy operation.
