But that’s the case with this
year’s fourth annual Hoss’s Fore
FFA golf tournament, set to be
held July IS at Foxchase Golf
Course in Denver, Lancaster
County.
Thanks to an overwhelming
response from sponsors and gol
fers, if reservations for a golf slot
haven’t been made, it is too late.
But it is not too late to mate
reservations for attending the
evening dinner and auction.
The diimer/auctkm that follows
the morning and early afternoon
golf tournament is shaping up to be
quite an event on its own.
In addition to a social hour and a
steak dinner, the entertainment
value of the auction alone is worth
the $25 dinner/auction ticket price,
according to a news release made
this week.
According to Pennsylvania FFA
Foundation President Glenn Wen
ger, a limited number of dinner/
auction-only reservations are
available.
In addition to the standard auc
tion bill of sports tickets, a football
autographed by Joe Patemo, this
year’s sale is to include some new
additions.

Thinking about ordering irrigation equipment or grain bins late in
the growing season? Why not lock in the price now with a lease?

by Hatfield Quality Meats and

According to Sherk, the morn

FFA members to continue to parti

slots for the afternoon tournament
“This tournament is ultimately
about the FFA members,” Sherk
said. “Hatfield has always been
very involved with the afternoon

AT&T, they have the morning golf
event possible, which allows to
keep FFA members involved and
accommodate a full field in the
