2 pounds raw shrimp
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup dry vermouth
2 cups canned crushed
tomatoes
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tablespoon basil
salt and pepper to taste
dash of Tabasco
1/2 pound feta chaeae, cut in
chunks .

shrimp and cook 3 to 4
minutes, until pink. Add
feta cheese and cook until
shrimp is completely
cooked and cheese is
heated but not melted.
Serve with nee.
Makes 6 sarvings.
