The Land Grant Universities have helped the agricultural industry adopt and profit from such changes as en vironmental concerns, computers, robotics, global markets, and bio technology. Penn State University has signi ficant capacity to aid citizens in many areas, but especially with families and youth and career de velopment President Spanier en visions the greatest impact of the University occurring when teach ing, research, and service are fully integrated university wide.
