Pricet were lower for whole egg and
whiter, mottly unchanged for tugar yolki,
but moatly higher on tailed yolki. Hie
undertone was irregular on whole but gen
erally linn on yolki itemi. Demand wai
moderate but improved. Supplier were tuf
ficient but tuning to clear.
Edible liquid and frozen eggt (ingredient!
included) procested under federal intpec
lion in the Eastern region for the week
ending April 27,1996 were 2% more than
last week, and 13% more than the tame
week latt year.

was generally steady. Demand continued
to improve and was mostly moderate. Sup
plies were adequate to fully adequate, with
mediums and large in the longest position.
Breaker offerings were usually adequate to
fully adequate from regular sources, and
the market tone was steady to fully steady.
Light type hen offerings exceeded demand.
