Kathy Konhus Pottsville LEMON FLUFFY 1 small package lemon Jell-0 1 cup hot water Juice of one lemon 'A lemon rind, grated 1 can evaporated refrigerated % cup sugar '/ teaspoon vanilla 12 graham crackers, crumbled Dissolve one small package lemon Jell-0 in one cup of hot water. Add the lemon juice and rind. Refrigerate until it thickens to the consistency of syrup. Whip the chilled, canned milk. Add sugar and vanilla to milk. Mix together milk and Jell-O. Spread half of the graham crackers in the bottom of a dish. Pour mixture into dish and sprinkle crumbs on top. Refrigerate. Place together 2-3 pecan halves on a well buttered pan. Put a glob of caramel on top, letting nuts stick out around the caramel. Put pans in the cold to harden. Then coat with chocolate.
