Moilty pricer were generally unchanged
to higher. Undertone war fully iteady to
Ann. Demand war light to occaiionally
moderate on whiter and blends, mostly
good on balance. Root stocks were clearing
and usually in close balance with require
ments. Edible liquid and frozen eggs (ingre
dients included) processed under federal
inspection in the Eastern region for the
week ending March 2,1996 were 8% more
than last week, and 12% less than the same
week last year.

Pricei were generally unchanged. The
market lone was steady. Demand was fair to
good, and remained best where featured.
Supplies of the large sizes were generally
adequate and maintained with confidence,
and the light sizes were adequate to
instances excess with some surplus offer
ings sold into export channels. Breaking
stock prices were generally unchanged, and
offerings remained no mote than adequate
for the mostly moderate demand. Live hen
offerings were sufficient.
