conferences is. “Back to Basics,
Forward to the Future.”

to be spent on interpretation of
records as well as an allotment of
time for a roundtable discussion.

gram has grown rapidly in Pen
nsylvania with over 2,300 youths
ages 8 to 18 completing projects in
this program area in 1995.
