farms within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
The proposed regulations would require those farms with over 2 000 pounds (hvcwcighU
of linstock per acre of land suitable tor the application of manure to develop and imple
ment a nutrient management plan Farms that do not meet these cmem are encouraged to
develop nutrient management plans under these regulations as well 1 hesc proposed regula
