Movement of ready-to-cook whole birdi
remained fairly good. Offeringi were
adequate to cloeely cleared. Live tuppliei
were moderate, initances light; weights
varied in a full range of light to heavy.
Slaughter schedules remained very heavy.
Less than ttucklot asking prices were
unchanged at 53 to 64 cents. Trade senti
ment was fully steady to firm. In the pans
complex, wings were short of an active
demand. Various breast cuts and leg items
were at least adequate for immediate
needs.

Prices were unchanged. The market tone
was steady. Retail demand continued good.
Supplies were usually adequate, but graded
eggs were somtimes tight. The New Yoik
state inventory was 7% less than last week,
and the New Jersey inventory wu 43%
lower than last Monday.
