At this time Phase I is complete, excavation for the mill tower, warehouse and office
building have been completed and the slip-form mill tower is in place. Phase II will
include the beginning of equipment installation, construction of the rail and truck
receiving areas. At this time Phase II is well under way and is on schedule. Phase 111 will
include equipment installation and Phase IV will be the start up of the Operation.
