    Jr. Holstein Awards Deadlines Near
STATE COLLEGE (Centre
Co.) Application deadlines are
fast approaching for several
awards and scholarships spon
sored by the Pennsylvania Junior
Holstein Association.
The Pa. Junior Holstein Associ
ation has many award applications
due in January. There are also
three. $l,OOO scholarships to be
awarded during the February
Junior Holstein Convention for
which applications are still being
accepted.
The award applications due by
Jan. 1 are for the Junior Progres
sive Breeder Award, Total Perfor
mance Award, 30,000-pound Cow
Award, and the Breeder of an
Excellent Cow Award.
