Outstanding producers of the DHIA woe honored in Bedford County at a banquet held at the Everett Area High School recently. Highest Junior awards all went to the Snider families of Imler and New Enterprise. Greta Snider, 13, a member of the Southern Cove 4-H Club, took home honors for the production of her two-year-old cow, “Singing Brook Tribune Audey,” a Hol stein. Milk production for 305 days was 22,020 and fat produc tion was 861 pounds. Greta lives at Singing Brook Farm, Imler RD 1. The Three-Year-Old Cow award went to Jan Snider, IS, a Northern Bedford County FFA member. His Guernsey, Snider’s Smokey Breck-Twin, had a record of 20,253 milk production with 643 pounds fat Kendy Gable’s Jerseys con tinue to achieve. Her four-year old cow, Snider’s Sooners Swee tie, had a milk production of 17,427 and fat production of 840 pounds.
