Demonstrated effective inter-personal verbal and

Plan, conduct, and evaluate an extension educa
tional program in all aspects of commercial field
crop production and marketing in Burlington
County, NJ. Cooperate and coordinate with
agents in other counties the delivery of a region
al program in commercial field crop production
in Salem, Cumberland, Camden, and Gloucester
Counties. Maintain knowledge of livestock pro
grams in Burlington County where major
responsibility belongs to area agent from nearby
county. Conduct applied research projects,
including variety trials for traditional field crops
as well as promising new crop species and weed
control. Establish an outstanding program the
merits of which will lead to regional and/or
national recognition.
