met at the home of Dorothy Craw
ford on Thursday, November 2,
with Pauline Reinhart as co
hostess. Following a delicious
brunch, Pauline read the Scripture.
The president, Nancy Axe,
presided at the business session.
For the roll call, the 22 members
present gave their favorite dish at
Thanksgiving. The Sunshine
Committee reported three cards
sent during the month. Society
#2O will be sponsoring Jessica
Wood, who will be singing as her
talent for the Miss Solanco

The November meeting of
Berks County Society of Farm
Women Group 4 was held at the
Boyertown home of Barbara
Shaver.

The December 5 meeting will
be a Christmas party at the home
of Mary Fizz, Powdermill Hollow
Road, Boyertown.

Women’s Day.
Officers for 1996 were elected:

and Naomi Mest, treasurer.
Plans were finalized to serve
refreshments at an upcoming sale.
The next meeting will be held at
the home of Marian Gehris, Oley.
