still fully adequate to ample. Boneless
skinless breasts were still available and
slow to dear. Leg items were adequate and
in best overall balance. Wings were in gen
erally good balance.

Prices were unchanged. The market tone
was steady to firm, strongest for cartoned
eggs. Demand remained fair to seasonally
very good, mostly good, and best into retail
channels. Supplies were tight to adequate
with cartoned eggs in the shorteit supply,
and ungraded eggs available as'holiday
grading schedules were reduced. Breaking
stock supplies were adequate for the light
to moderate demand, and generally more
available with the trade sentiment steady at
