Berks Executive Board The bi-monthly meeting of the Berks Cotmty Farm women Executive Board was held recently with 18 members in attendance. President Wendy Ungle opened the meeting. Janet Schlegel of Group 6 had devotions. For roll call, members answered the question, “How will you celebrate Thanksgiving?” State president Dorothy Stride ler reported on her trips to six county conventions. The Stale Farm Women Convention will be held at the Harrisburg Forum on Jan. 8. The Spring Rally will be held at Seven Springs in Somerset County in May. The next board meeting will be held on Jan. 11, in the conference room of the agricultural center.” Lancaster Society 6 Lancaster Society of Farm Women No. 8 met on November 8 at the home of Alice Walter in Eli- zabethtown. Shirjcy Trimmer gave devotions. Hostesses were Kathym Hess, Alice Walter, and Evelyn Dannemann. Cynthia Hol linger, director of volunteers at the Masonic Home in Elizabethtown, was guest speaker. She spoke of all the facilities available at the home. The December 13 meeting will be at the home of Venetta Waliander in Maytown.
