A6-Laneast«r Farming, Saturday, November 11, 1995 National Grain Market ST. JOSEPH, MO NOVEMBER 8, 1995 Wheat and com bid> were slightly lower due to light profit talcing on the board. Soy bean bids finished mixed, pressured by fund selling and reports of beneficial rains in Argentina. However, some support was noted as traders await tomorrow’s USDA Crap Production report. Wheal 1 to 2 cents lower. Com 1 to 3 cents lower. Sorghum 1 to 2 cents lower. Soybeans mixed, 2 cents lower to 4 cents higher. Wheat bids turned slightly lower after two days of higher trends. Fund selling pressured bids due to a slowdown in export demand and some pos sible cancellations. Also, India’s wheat crop is estimated at 65 million metric tons, about six million metric tons higher than the previous record for India. Lower com bids, despite the good export sales this week, were due to profit taking on the board and a pickup in faimer selling. The Crop Production report and Supply/ Demand reports will be out tomorrow. Soybean bids were mixed, mostly lower except for Kansas City bids. The lack of fresh export news this week has kept bean bids pointing southward. Some support was seen due to light fanner selling and some fund buying on the board. Traders are waiting to see wheat the USDA will say tomorrow in their Crop Production report.
