Lancaster, Pa Announce A New Marketing Service For Pennsylvania Pork Producers. Beginning November 1, 1995, Walter M. Dunlap & Sons Inc. will be operating a Lancaster Stockyards swine receiving station every Wednesday (except during the week of Thanksgiving) so that swine producers have a new swine marketing opportunity. Producers, therefore, can market animals on Mondays through the Auction or Wednesdays through the receiving station. Marlin Becker, having served as White Oak Mills' hog dispatcher and marketing agent for 12 years, will be joining Walter M. Dunlap & Sons Inc. as manager of their hog division effective October 16, 1995 to oversee this new Lancaster Stockyards receiving sta tion. A life-long Lancaster County resident, Marlin has over 14 years of experience as a swine producer, fieldman and marketing agent. Should you have any suggestions regarding how to better service your need, please contact Marlin at (717) 397-5136. The Building you want. The Lease you need. Whether your new farm or commercial building is of pole, timber column, s steel or block construction; choose Telmark lease financing. Telmark has been leasing equipment for over 30 years. Did you know that we’ve been leasing new buildings for that long too? Consider the features: • Tax deductibility and accelerated writeoffs: Lease payments are income tax deductible over the term of the lease compared to 20-year depreciation of farm buildings and 30-year depreciation of commercial buildings. Could reduce tax liability this year. • Low upfront costs: Beginning costs may be as little as one monthly lease payment. • Flexible lease term: Building lease terms start aggressively at five years but may be as long as ten, twelve, or fifteen years. • Customized payment schedules: Lease payment schedules match your cash flow. Payment options include monthly, quarterly, annually, as well as, skip or specially designed seasonal payments. How do you start leasing a building from Telmark? Talk with a qualified builder to determine your needs and building cost. And call your Telmark representative.
