Milking Shorthorn The Milking Shorthorn show was the smallest of the breed shows, reflecting us commercial dairy status in the state. However, the animals exhibited were praised by the judge for the quality. And though the senior cow classes from the senior 3-year-old class on were single-animal entries, most all classes had depth.
