Perseverance paid off for Tracy
Bollinger. After 10 years of show
ing, she captured the coveted grand
champion trophy at the Ephrata
Swine Show.
“No one wanted this pig but
me.” Tracy said with a satisfied
smug as her sister Amy and brother
Derek looked on. The siblings each
chose the pigs they wanted to show
tor the season after their dad pur
chased them in Ohio.
Although they had at first
snubbed the Hamp-York-Duroc
cross, her siblings rejoiced when
Tracy took the trophy.
