Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
varied, band slow to dear. Live supplies
were moderate; weights were mostly desir
able to heavy. Processing schedules
remained very heavy. Lest than trucklot
asking prices were unchanged at 60 to 71
cents. Trade sentiment was steady to weak.
Boneless skinless breasts remained in
excess; bone-in were lest freely offered,
but still fully adequate to ample. Leg quar
ters were irregularly balanced, but exces
ses were discounted. Wings varied from
dosely cleared to fully adequate. ESTI

mediums in the Midwest, and unchanged
on the balance. The market tone was most
ly steady to instances firm. Demand
remained fair to good, beat where featured.
Brown egg supplies remained tight to
about adequate, and white egg supplies
were barely adequate to adequate, and
somewhat more available. Breaking stock
supplies were limited to adequate, and
breakers attempted to fill orders from regu
larly committed eggs only.
