to place on breast items, the balance was
usually sufficient to cover current irregular

Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
varied, but was sufficient to keep the
adequate to closely balanced supply of 3
pound and smaller sizes cleared satisfac
torily. Larger sizes were fully adquate.
Live supplies were moderate; weights were
increasing and were often heavier than
desired. Processing schedules were very
heavy. Less than trucklot asking prices
were unchanged at 61 tp 72 cents. Trade
sentiment was steady. In the parts com
plex, breasts items were burdensome. Leg
items were adequate to fully adequate.
Wings were adequate, occasionally barely
adequate.
