week activity. Seller offerings were fully
sufficient for immediate needs; weights
remained irregular in a full range of light to
heavy. Processing schedule* were very
heavy. Less than trucklot asking prices
were unchanged at 61 to 72 cents. Trade
sentiment was steady to fully steady. In the
parts complex, supplies were adequate for
immediate shipment, but were rapidly
tightening on breast items and leg quarters
for later deliveries. Wings were fully
adequate in most quarters.

Prices were unchanged to higher in the
Midwest on all sizes, unchanged to higher
for mediums in the Northeast, and
unchanged elsewhere. Hie maiket tone
was steady to instances film, mostly steady
to fully steady. Demand covered the full
range and was mostly moderate; best
movement was into retail and fast food fea
tures. Supplies were generally adequate for
the large sizes, and mediums were closely
balanced to adequate; extra eggs were usu
ally available when sought, and current
wholesale trading prices were mostly
steady. Breaking stock supplies were
adequate for the mos'-ly moderate demand,
and prices were unchanged. Spent hen
offerings remained idequate.
