bids for the construction of one Agricultural Waste
Storage Pond in Franklin Township.
One Agricultural Waste Structure and one Hopper, Pump
ft Transfer Pipe in Granville Summit.
One Agricultural Waste Structure and one Excavation/
Backwing in Standing Stone Township.
The projects are to be funded 1 in part by the Chesapeake
Bay Program, Construction of these projects are expect
ed to begin during October or November 1995. All sites
are located in Bradford County.
Prospective contractors will receive, upon request, bid
packages which contain Instructions to Bidders, sample
contract forms, the plans and specifications for the pro
jects and bid sheets.
This bid package was prepared using the 1955 “Contrac
tors Hondbook-Pennsylvania Chesapeake Bay Program”.
Contractors bidding on this project are expected to have
in their possession and use mis manual to carry out this
contract. Those Contractors who do not possess a copy
of the manual may obtain one from the conservation dis
trict responsible for this project.
Site showings are scheduled for Tuesday, September 12,1995.
Sealed bids will be accepted until the public bid open
