And North Carolina shared concerns with Puerto Rico. The group, representing each state, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, attended the State Presi dents’ Conference to prepare for their responsibilities as delegates and committee chairs for the 68th National FFA Convention, to be held in Kansas City, Mo., Nov. 9-11.
