mixed, and was mostly fair. Supplies of
jumbo were short to about adequate, extra
large were tight to adequate, large and

smalls were mixed but generally available.
Breaking stock supplies were adequate to
fully adequate for the light demand, and
plants operated mixed schedules. Spent
hen offerings were generally sufficient for
the fair to good demand, and the undertone
remained steady.

Movement of ready-to-cook whole birds
ranged fair to good, with 3 pound and hea
vier sizes in the best position. Offerings
were adequate to well cleared. Live sup
plies were moderate with weights ranging
light to desirable. Processing schedules
were very heavy. Less than trucklot asking
prices were unchanged at 60 to 71 cents.
Trade sentiment was generally steady. In
the parts complex, boneless skinless breast
was barely steady, bone-in breast was
steady. Leg quarters fully steady to firm.
