KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:
We hereby notify all, that In the name and by the authority
of the Sovereign People of Pennsylvania state and under
Article IV section 4 and section 2 of out national constitution,
proclaim throughout the several states, Pennsylvania our
organic state is hereby restored to our former common law
as was intended by our founding fathers and in compliance
with the spirit and Intent of the original thirteen states, is
hereby restored, under our Creator, for special, express and
explicit purpose and intent of restatement of the Declaration
of Independence as our Right and our Duty to our God and
our Nation, meaning our united States of America, separate
and distnc., venue from the District of Columbia, its States,
its possessions, its terntones, its subjects and its citizens
pursuant to acts of congress.
We hereby, out of necessity, establish our One Supreme
Court at Common Law Venue. Onginal and Exclusive
Jurisdiction ("In Law") in and for the People of each and
every county. Pennsylvania state, united States of America
as an extension of the Common Law Supreme Court
onginal and exclusive junsdicton, sitting at national forum
published without contestment on December 23, 1994,
December 30,1994, and January 6,1995. Out of necessity
for justice and the Protection of our Constitution rights and
common law, the People. Sovereign, will hear cases and
perform our duty to all.
Contestment to this Original Judicial Notice must be
presented by registered mail to; P. O. Box 191, Blue Ball,
Pennsylvania PC 17506, within 10 (ten) days from the
publication of this Original Judicial Notice.
