Mike, West Perry FFA member, said he made the selection to NICE “one of my goals. “FFA taught me how to reach for that goal, and the Penn State/ PCC Institute provided great opportunities for leadership,” he said. Mike was the session chairman for the general sessions. The opportunity to “get in front of crowds” and speak helped improve his management and lead ership skills.
