fleshy. Although conditions were limiliar
to fast week quality of the supply was
greatly improved from last weeks mostly
plain offerings. Quality of supply plain
thru atuactive, mostly average. Heavy
ninfall continued in Oklahoma thru last
Friday; storms subsided over weekend and
looking for clear warm weather most of
this week. Combines are greased and ready
to roll once ground firms up. Wheat crop
will suffer some for excess moisture but
summer grazing will be excellent Slaugh
ter cows and bulls ready. Demand good
from northern buyers. 364 cows and bulls
sold with 65 percent to packers. Receipts
this week 9,500; last week 12,580; last year
9,213. Supply consisted of 84 percent year
lings over 600 lbs; 12 percent calves under
600 lbs; 4 percent cows and bulls. Prices
follow with weighted average weight and
price in parenthesis.
