Harvest pres sure for both hard and soft red winter wheat weighed on bids. Some profit taking on the board was also a negative factor. Good export demand limited declines and indications Egypt has bid for 350,000 ton nes of US wheat may give wheat bids a boost soon. Profit taking kept com bids slipping lower. Planting has progressed over the past couple of days as farmers keep at it every chance they get. Scattered rains, however, continued to show up in the Midwest. Export demand picked up slightly. Soybean bids were mixed as Midwest weather continued to be unpredictable. Bean meal showed some board weakness but improved export demand, helped to underpin bids.
