constitutional Court of Common Pleas et al,
Lancaster County, the District of Pennsylvania
and the non-constitutional Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue, Bureau of
Individual Taxes, Lancaster County, for the
District of Pennsylvania, and the legislative non
constitutlonal Supreme Court et al, for the District
of Pennsylvania commanding said court(s) to
strike and remove all orders whereas the Grand
Jury finds that case # 4938-1993'and MDA-352-
1994 45MD-1995 and Control Number, 3-4414-36

to be null and void, as East Earl Township and
Court of Common Pleas and the Pennsylvania
