Pricei were generally unchanged with
the majority of trades completed toward
the high tide of the tangei. The market
tone was needy. Demand continued to cen
ter on immediate needs, and plants filled
previously booked orders. Floor stocks
were at least adequate. Shell egg.supplies
were generally adequate, and breaking
stock prices were steady. Liquid and frozen
eggs processed under federal inspection in
the eastern region for the weekending May
20,199 S were 1% less than last week, and
13% more than the same week a year ago.
